Maintenance Technician (WIll Train)

Maintenance technician $25+ Open on all shift What We're Looking For Entry-level to 1+ year of maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing experience Willingness to learn and be trained to build a career in Manufacturing Maintenance Ability to read basic schematics (or willingness to learn) Comfortable using hand tools What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480V (single & three-phase) Diagnose and fix mechanical issues (bearings, belts, gears, shafts) Assist with PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley) Work with pneumatic systems and use meters for diagnostics Help build, install, and wire new equipment Assist with control panel wiring and assembly Support general facility maintenance as needed Keep work areas clean and safe Nice to Have Trade school or technical training Experience with 480V, conduit, or relay logic Basic welding (MIG, Stick, or Arc Why Apply Company willing to train and develop your skills Overtime available (1.5x pay) Growing team with long-term opportunity New facility with updated equipment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valparaiso, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
