Job Overview Position: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist (Travel) – Jackson, Michigan Employment Type: Travel Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Work Hours: 40 hours per week (8‑hour shifts) Shift: 8 hours, days Compensation: Competitive weekly pay; guaranteed hours; weekly direct deposit. Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Develop and update individualized Plans of Care (POC). Provide 1:1 skilled therapy to primarily Medicare patients. Collaborate with nursing, OT, SLP, and rehab leadership. Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Educate patients and families on mobility, safety, and recovery. Qualifications Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. Active (or pending) state PT license. SNF experience preferred (not required). Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
