Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role. Nurses will be responsible for assessing patient needs and coordinating care. The position requires maintaining accurate and detailed patient records. Effective communication skills are essential for collaborating with the healthcare team. Candidates must be prepared to handle high-stress situations effectively. Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in advanced lifesaving techniques. A commitment to continuing education and professional development is expected. Standards of care will be upheld according to established protocols and guidelines.
