Why Join Us?

This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in a key after-hours support role that keeps our customer experience moving. As a Customer Care Coordinator, you’ll ensure homeowners are scheduled quickly and accurately after a sale, helping create a smooth transition to the next phase of their project. What You’ll Do

As a Customer Care Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for scheduling in-home Measure Technician appointments after a sale has been completed. You will serve as the main point of coordination between Design Consultants, homeowners, and internal teams during evening and weekend hours. You’ll help keep scheduling accurate and efficient by:

• Scheduling in-home Measure Technician appointments with homeowners
• Receiving and processing scheduling requests from Design Consultants in the field
• Communicating with homeowners to confirm appointment times and details
• Entering and updating scheduling information in systems such as rForce and Salesforce
• Resolving scheduling conflicts and making adjustments as needed
• Maintaining accurate calendars, schedules, and customer records
• Ensuring clear communication between sales and operations teams

• Helping ensure a smooth transition from sales to installation planning

Our Ideal Team Member

You take pride in doing things correctly and keeping everything organized. You show up ready to work, stay focused, and handle responsibilities with consistency and care. You’re someone who communicates clearly, stays calm when things get busy, and understands the importance of following through on details that affect real customers. We value team members who are reliable, steady, and committed to doing quality work every day.

Minimum qualifications:
