Vendor Maintenance Coordinator

LHH is currently seeking a Vendor Maintenance Associate/ AP Specialist to join their team in a hybrid work environment for a well-established organization in the Buckhead area of Atlanta seeking. Are you looking to grow your career in Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, or Finance Operations? What You'll Be Doing: Manage vendor onboarding and setup processes Review and maintain vendor documentation, including W-9s/W-8s Update and maintain vendor records within SAP Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate and compliant vendor information Support Accounts Payable operations and provide exceptional internal customer service Conduct periodic audits of vendor data to ensure accuracy and compliance What We're Looking For: Accounts Payable, vendor maintenance, accounting support, or related experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and vendors Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus Customer-focused and process-driven mindset Why Consider This Opportunity?
