We’re seeking a high‑caliber Endodontist who is driven by clinical excellence and patient outcomes. This opportunity offers consistent patient flow from an established referral base, flexible scheduling, and full clinical autonomy—so you can focus on dentistry, not the day‑to‑day management of a practice. Schedule 4‑8 days a month; days are flexible. Responsibilities Provide a wide range of endodontic procedures for patients. Support the dental team at each practice you visit. Maintain full patient and treatment autonomy. Focus solely on patient care; no practice management duties. Qualifications Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD). Endodontic Specialty Certificate. Active DEA license (or in process). Mature experience in endodontics and patient outcomes. Active military, veteran or spouse status welcomed. Compensation Production‑based compensation with average earnings ranging from $8,000 to $10,000 per day. Benefits Malpractice insurance. Time off options.
