Responsibilities: • Represent clients in a broad range of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, adjustment of status, naturalization, humanitarian relief, waivers, removal defense, and other immigration proceedings. • Prepare, review, and file immigration petitions, applications, motions, briefs, and supporting documentation. • Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and other government agencies, as appropriate. • Conduct virtual client consultations and provide clear legal guidance throughout the representation. • Develop legal strategies that are effective, ethical, and client-focused. • Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring they remain informed and supported throughout their cases. • Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants across the firm. • Mentor and support junior attorneys and legal staff. • Maintain accurate case documentation using the firm's case management systems. • Participate in legal trainings, strategy meetings, and team collaboration initiatives. • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and client advocacy. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. • Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. • Fluent in both English and Spanish (required). • Minimum 5 years of immigration law experience. • Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration law, USCIS procedures, EOIR proceedings, and litigation strategy. • Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills. • Experience managing a high-volume caseload. • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment. • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. • Experience using legal case management software is preferred. Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000

Compensation:
$100,000-$150,000 per year
