About the Clinic

Our Women's Health Clinic is dedicated to providing exceptional, individualized gynecological care to the community. We offer a wide range of services for women's health, including surgical procedures, targeted diagnosis and treatment, as well as wellness examinations and educational resources. Additionally, our clinic is recognized as a NHSC/HRSA approved site, making it eligible for student loan repayment and scholarship opportunities.

About Us

We are a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital featuring a Level IV Trauma Emergency Department, staffed by board-certified emergency physicians. Our organization encompasses various inpatient departments, specialties, and clinics, supported by a team of over 60 active medical staff members. Located in the vibrant downtown area of Sandpoint, we are surrounded by the stunning Lake Pend Oreille and Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort, offering a wealth of outdoor activities throughout the year.

Candidate Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)

• A minimum of 2 years of independent practice experience

• Board certification in Gynecology

• Willingness to take minimal on-call shifts

• Strong understanding of evidence-based medical practices

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

• Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrates empathy and compassion in patient care
