Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, to ensure smooth workflows. Lead engaging visual merchandising efforts to create a clean and inviting space for customers and colleagues alike. Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers. Sales & Performance Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development. Customer Experience Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences. Represent the Animal brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
