• Hourly Pay Rate: $58.96

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs.
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to develop and adjust care plans.
• Perform procedures including manual therapy, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care.
• Monitor patient progress, modify treatments, and document outcomes per regulatory standards.
• Provide consultation and support to patients, families, and care teams regarding treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with team members about patient progress and barriers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, treatment minutes, and discharge summaries.
• Participate in care conferences, meetings, and required training sessions.
• Supervise and support physical therapy assistants, rehab aides, or students as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable practice acts, ethics, and regulatory standards.

What You Need:

• Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Missouri
• Prior experience in Long Term Care nursing facilities preferred
• Strong clinical skills in rehab procedures and patient evaluation
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
