Fulfillment Materials Specialist — Danbury, CT

Picture your day starting with a fresh pick list, a well-organized staging area, and a team ready to move. You scan items with care, glide a pallet jack into position, load an outgoing pallet, and check each order twice before sealing the carton. Throughout your shift, you help keep materials flowing so products leave our Danbury facility on time and in perfect condition.

You’ll rotate between accurately picking items, packing shipments to spec, and moving goods on and off trucks and pallets. You’ll keep aisles tidy for safety, jump into an inventory count, top off low stock, and flag any discrepancy to your supervisor right away. It’s hands-on, fast-paced work where precision and teamwork shine.

• Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
• Load and unload materials and finished goods from trucks and pallets.
• Keep work areas orderly and clean to maintain a safe, efficient environment.
• Assist with cycle counts and replenishment to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Partner with teammates to hit daily production targets.
• Follow safety rules and procedures every step of the way.
• Promptly report issues, shortages, or damages to your supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Background in material handling, picking, or packing is a plus.
• Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Keen attention to detail and precision in order fulfillment.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and scanning systems.
• Use of pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Clear communication and strong teamwork.
• Flexibility to work variable hours with overtime when needed.
