Office Location: Williamsburg, VA Coverage area: Williamsburg, Peninsula Schedule: Full-Time; Monday - Friday Responsibilities Providing 1:1 care for the client following the client’s plan of care at all times while maintaining the client’s dignity and independence Administering medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed per client’s plan of care and providing assessments of results Accurately documenting nursing actions, communication with family, case manager, and physicians, and documenting progress and outcomes for established goals; informing physicians, case managers, and families of changes in the client’s medical condition and needs Coordinating or ordering supplies, medications, and feedings as needed to ensure adequate amounts are available Ensuring all patient needs are met in accordance with the physician’s instructions Qualifications LPN/LPT/LVN Degree from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and state of residence Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and proof of car insurance CPR professional certification 1+ years of nursing experience preferred Home Health care experience preferred About Our Line Of Business Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, provides quality and compassionate services in the comfort of home, supporting patients, families, and caregivers in their time of need.
