Equipment Automation Engineer

Responsibilities Implement, configure, and deploy Equipment Automation (EA) solutions, integrated with MES, Recipe Management (RMS), and Advanced Process Control (APC) systems. Coordinate with customer IT and system administration teams for EA deployment and configuration. Present technical information and demonstrations to customers, including technical contributors and management. Develop and deliver EA application training and demonstrations. Contribute to knowledge base and documentation for EA solutions. Engage with internal and external customers to support continuous improvement initiatives. Apply continuous improvement standards such as 8D, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5-Whys to optimize operations. Support offshore EA support model setup in the APAC region. Required Technical Skills Experience as an equipment automation developer in semiconductor, solar, display, or PCB manufacturing. Familiarity with SECS/GEM protocol and SEMI automation standards. Experience with factory automation systems (MES, RMS, APC). Proficiency in Visual Studio, C#, .NET, databases, and SQL.
