Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)

Location: Menifee, CA

Schedule: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision in accordance with BACB standards
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and skill assessments
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs
• Supervise and mentor Program Managers, RBTs, and BCBA candidates
• Ensure high-quality client care, treatment integrity, and documentation compliance
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide parent and staff training using Behavior Skills Training (BST)

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, ABA, Education, or related field
• Active BCBA certification required
• Strong clinical knowledge in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
• Experience working with children with autism preferred
• Bilingual skills are a plus, Spanish preferred
