To support the delivery of Medicare coverage solutions, the remote, contract-to-hire Licensed Health Insurance Agent will guide eligible seniors through plan options via consultative phone-based sales while achieving daily enrollment goals. Key Responsibilities Deliver Medicare plan guidance to eligible customers through a mix of outbound and inbound phone consultations Manage extended customer conversations while maintaining engagement and compliance throughout the sales process Consistently achieve daily enrollment expectations by applying structured sales methodologies and effective needs analysis Required Qualifications Active Health and Accident insurance license in the home state with eligibility for additional non-resident licensing support At least one year of health insurance sales experience with demonstrated outbound calling exposure Working knowledge of Medicare products and compliance requirements Strong customer service mindset paired with sales drive and self-motivation Reliable home internet service and ability to meet background and compliance screening standards
