Gastroenterologist Position

The Division of Gastroenterology, Department of Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a major teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School, is seeking to hire a Gastroenterologist. The position will be based at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital - Milton, a growing community hospital just 6 miles from Boston. Successful applicants will be fully trained and Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology and interested in developing a career in clinical Gastroenterology.

Responsibilities will include outpatient consultations and endoscopy procedures at a community site (BID-Milton), as well as attending on the gastroenterology inpatient services at BID-Milton. The applicant is expected to be actively engaged in all aspects of community-based care models.

Pay Range: $350,000 - $1,000,000

The base pay range reflects what Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (HMFP) reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include bonuses for productivity and quality.
