We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Mechanic to join our Engineering team.

As an HVAC Mechanic , you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC, refrigeration, and other mechanical systems throughout the property. This role plays an important part in keeping our guests comfortable and our operations running smoothly by responding to service calls, performing preventive maintenance, maintaining equipment records, and addressing mechanical and electrical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep Systems Running: Service, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC and ventilation systems throughout the property.
• Maintain Refrigeration: Repair and maintain commercial refrigeration, including walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, and other refrigeration equipment.
• Support Operations: Troubleshoot kitchen equipment and assist with general facility maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting.
• Respond & Repair: Respond to guest and property service requests and diagnose mechanical, electrical, refrigerant, and control system issues.
• Maintain & Comply: Perform preventive maintenance, maintain equipment logs and inventory, and follow safety standards and refrigerant regulations.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training in HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical systems, or a related trade required.
• Three (3) years of experience in HVAC, refrigeration, facilities maintenance, or a related trade required.
• Previous experience in a hotel, resort, hospital, commercial building, or similar facility preferred.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required.
• NATE or HVAC Excellence certification, OSHA 10/30, BAS experience, manufacturer-specific HVAC training, and applicable state/local HVAC licensing preferred.
