Title
Emergency Department Nurse

Schedule
Night Shift: 1830-0700, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, with the ability to pick up extra shifts.

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements
- Current state or multi-state nursing license
- Approved 6-hour suicide training
- Verification of demographics from Nursys
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications
- Charge experience in an Emergency Department
- Knowledge of Meditech is helpful but not required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the emergency department setting.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Respond to and manage emergency medical situations effectively.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Compliance / Notes
- RTO must be pre-approved and added to the end of the contract along with full availability for scheduling.
