Responsibilities include refining policies and procedures in the financial services sector, assisting with licensing and audits, assessing risks, and educating employees on compliance regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience working collaboratively across teams. Familiarity with industries such as financial services, banking, mortgage, collections, or accounts receivable is required. Develop, implement, and oversee the organization’s compliance program to meet federal, state, and industry laws. Identify vulnerabilities and assess risks. Provide expertise in interpreting policies. Stay informed about changes in relevant laws. Proven experience as a Compliance Analyst or Manager. Knowledge of FDCPA, ECOA, and UDAAP. Compliance certifications are a plus.
