Job Description
Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC, boilers, chillers, and central plant systems. Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Monitor building automation systems (BAS/BMS). Respond to maintenance issues and emergency situations, complete shift logs, and maintenance documentation. Ensure safe and efficient operations of all building systems.
An active First Class Stationary Engineer License is required . Experience with commercial buildings is preferred. Ability to work independently and manage overnight responsibilities. Dependable with strong attendance and communication skills.
