Corporate Attorney
My client has a full time opening for a Corporate Attorney to join their growing practice. This role is on site and you must be vaccinated.
- Provide corporate and transactional legal services to clients
- Represent clients in complex legal matters including structuring, drafting as well as negotiating related documents
- Revision of agreements
- Negotiating with opposing counsel
- Document preparation
- Represent and counsel clients regarding mergers and acquisitions
- Formulate strategies to limit risk to clients
- Assist clients with the startup of new business ventures including the formation and structuring of partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations
- Must have a J.D. and admission to the New Jersey Bar
- 4-6 years experience with business, corporate and transactional law
