Job Opportunity – Electrophysiology Advanced Practice Provider – Arizona

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Northern Arizona

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Clinic only, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1-hour lunch break. 3-4 weeks per month, ongoing contract

Highlights:

• Outpatient clinic setting with 14 patients per day
• Focus on follow-ups, post-ops, post-device checks, same-day appointments, and procedure follow-ups
• Work alongside experienced Electrophysiology physicians in a busy, collaborative department
• Adult patient population with diverse EP case mix
• Cerner EMR system
• 4-hour remote orientation with paid training

Requirements:

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification
• Active Arizona license preferred; candidates requiring licensure will be considered
• DEA registration required
• Minimum 1 year of Electrophysiology experience
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed)
• Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days
