What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers in the service drive
• Write repair orders and document vehicle concerns
• Recommend maintenance and needed repairs
• Communicate with technicians and keep customers updated
• Deliver vehicles with a professional, high-quality experience
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships

What We’re Looking For ✅ REQUIRED: Automotive dealership Service Advisor experience✅ Strong communication and sales ability✅ Ability to manage multiple customers in a fast-paced environment✅ Professional appearance and attitude Preferred (Not Required):

• GM / Chevrolet experience
• Experience with Dealertrack and Xtime
