As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in recruiting for a variety of roles within the company, focusing on creating long-term relationships and building a talented team. Responsibilities Manage the entire recruitment process from intake to offer. Collaborate directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements andcandidate qualifications. Recruit across diverse departments including production, manufacturing, materials, warehouse, purchasing, supply chain, customer service, sales, and select technical roles. Evaluate resumes accurately, assessing transferable skills and identifying skill gaps. Maintain comprehensive notes and track recruitment status using ADP Workforce Now. Essential Skills Proven experience as a corporate or in-house recruiter. Knowledge in manufacturing or technical recruiting. Ability to handle a high volume of requisitions independently. Strong skills in resume evaluation and hiring manager collaboration. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, especially ADP Workforce Now. Additional Skills & Qualifications HR generalist experience in a manufacturing environment. Understanding of employment law, employee relations, and leave management. Technical recruiting experience in areas such as engineering and tech sales. HR certifications or a related degree are advantageous. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sparks, NV. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $36.06/hr.
