Job Description Job Description Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) Location: Seattle, WA Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift Salary Range: $110,000 – $160,000 annually Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive medical care to adult and geriatric populations across post-acute and long-term care settings. This role offers the opportunity to practice collaboratively while managing diverse clinical conditions in skilled nursing, assisted living, and long-term care environments. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive medical care to adult and geriatric patients Perform patient assessments and manage acute and chronic conditions Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Prescribe medications and order diagnostic testing as appropriate Collaborate with nursing staff and consulting providers to coordinate care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in on-call coverage as required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (PA-C) program Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted state license DEA registration, NPI number, and prescriptive authority (or eligibility) Board Certified or Board Eligible Eligible to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs New graduates are encouraged to apply Benefits 401(k) retirement plan Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 8 paid vacation days (separate from PTO) Flexible scheduling options CME allowance and licensure stipend Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
