We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations, involving both general labor tasks and forklift operation within a climate-controlled environment.

Warehouse Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 20.75 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:30pm)

• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently to move, load, unload, and stack materials as required.
• Perform general warehouse duties including, but not limited to, receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents, and accurately storing materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outbound shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
• Load and unload trucks and containers using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Assist with inventory management, including cycle counting and maintaining organized stock locations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all company safety policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all operational guidelines and contribute to a productive team atmosphere.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.

Warehouse Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating a sit-down forklift is essential.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and efficiently.
• Strong commitment to safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are critical.
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
