Trial terms are negotiated directly between the nanny and family.Ongoing SupportWhile families are the direct employer, Matron of Familyhood remains available to facilitate professional communication and support stable, long-term working relationships.Screening ProcessOur screening process may include application review, interviews, professional reference checks, and background screening conducted with candidate consent and in accordance with applicable law. Final hiring decisions are made solely by the family.Work AuthorizationCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
