What You'll Do

Customer Service & Client Support

As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Benefits Advisor , you'll work with clients who have requested information about their available benefits and coverage options.

Responsibilities include:

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and scheduled phone appointments
• Answer questions regarding available benefits and supplemental coverage
• Review existing policies and explain available solutions
• Assist clients with applications, enrollments, and benefit updates
• Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up support
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Help clients understand their available financial protection options
• Build long-term relationships through professionalism, trust, and exceptional service

Professional Development

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
