Job Title: Assembler Location: Madison Heights, MI Pay Range: $18.00 to $22.00/hr Shifts: Monday- Thursday 6:00am to 4:30pm Friday-Saturday 5:00pm to 5:30am What’s the Job? Perform bench and structural assembly of parts, components, and finished products. Package, box, and bag products according to quality and production standards. Operate assembly and packaging equipment, powered conveyors, bagging machines, and hand/power tools. Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality procedures to ensure product excellence. Support continuous improvement initiatives, workplace organization (5S), and team-based problem solving. What’s Needed? Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred. Understanding of basic lean manufacturing concepts. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to perform basic math calculations and maintain production records What’s in it for me?
