Grow your clinical skills in a supportive private practice specializing in couples, individuals, and families.

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Therapist to join our outpatient private practice on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for clinicians who have completed a master's degree and are working toward LMFT or LPC licensure. Preference will be given to clinicians pursuing LMFT licensure or those with a strong systemic orientation.

Our practice specializes in couples therapy while also providing services to individuals and families. We are committed to helping clinicians grow through quality supervision, mentorship, and a collaborative practice environment.

Position Details

• Part-time, in-person outpatient therapist
• Evening and weekend availability required
• Flexible scheduling—you create your own schedule within available office hours
• Private office space provided during evenings and weekends
• Opportunity to build and maintain your own caseload

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy.
• Complete comprehensive intake assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and ethical clinical documentation.
• Participate in individual clinical supervision.
• Uphold professional and ethical standards in accordance with state licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with the practice owner and referral sources as appropriate.

Qualifications

Required:

• Completed master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Counseling, or a closely related behavioral health field.
• Working toward Pennsylvania LMFT or LPC licensure.
• Eligible to practice under clinical supervision in Pennsylvania.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while seeking consultation and supervision as needed.

Preferred:

• Clinicians pursuing LMFT licensure.
• Graduate of a COAMFTE-accredited Marriage and Family Therapy program.
• Experience or strong interest in working with couples and families.
• A systemic, relational approach to therapy regardless of licensure track.
