We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, lead production teams, and ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met. The ideal candidate will have a background in food production or manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to workplace safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations and workflow.
- Lead, support, and coordinate production teams.
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
- Maintain quality standards throughout production.
- Promote workplace safety and operational efficiency.
- Support production scheduling across assigned shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a production supervisor or comparable manufacturing leadership role.
- Background in food production or manufacturing.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Availability for 2nd shift: 1:00 PM – 10:30 PM.
- Availability for 3rd shift: 9:00 PM – 6:30 AM.
