Location: Bellevue, WA 98006 (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week, Tuesday-Thursday)

Overview
Seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in merchandise planning, financial analysis, and digital business operations. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and communicating financial objectives and budget plans for an accessories product portfolio across multiple sales channels. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, collaborative, and able to influence cross-functional stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.

Job Description
Develop and manage financial objectives, forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans for an accessories product portfolio.
Analyze sales, profitability, inventory, and product performance to identify risks and opportunities.
Review weekly financial performance and provide actionable recommendations.
Coordinate with Supply Chain teams to address inventory shortages and assess financial impacts.
Create financial business cases supporting product launches, promotions, and strategic initiatives.
Partner with merchandising, planning, operations, and digital business teams to optimize product assortment and profitability.
Support sales and operations planning processes through detailed reporting and analysis.
Present findings, conclusions, and recommendations to cross-functional leadership teams.
Monitor channel performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue, margin, and inventory efficiency.
Drive informed business decisions through data analysis and financial modeling.

Education Requirements
