Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Present and sell new and pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles with enthusiasm and expertise
• Provide customers with vehicle features and options to assist in the purchasing decision
• Stay informed about current and upcoming Mercedes-Benz models, technologies, and promotions
• Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Follow up with leads, appointments, and customer inquiries
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from the initial consultation to delivery

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience in the automotive industry preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by success
• A professional appearance and positive attitude
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
