Immediate opening for anShipping & Receiving ClerkinGardena, CAwho possesses: Warehouse Shipping/Receiving - 5+ yrs Picking/Packing - manual Forklift Operating - 3+ yrs (Sit Down/Stand-up) FULL DESCRIPTION : We are looking for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk that has longevity in a shop or production environment. The ideal candidate works well with manual paperwork and has strong attention to detail. This position also requires that most of the job would require standing for long periods of time. This also requires someone that is ok working with carbon and steel products, such as reducers, threaded pipe, cone valves, and other parts. The selected candidate will be responsible for: Fills and packs orders (from smaller to larger metal items ) Place stock in proper location and log properly when pulls stock items Inventory control Operates forklift - sit-down and/or stand-up Operates other shipping and packing product equipment such as UPS/Fed Ex Online systems The selected candidate will also possess: Warehouse Shipping/Receiving - 5+ yrs Picking/Packing - manual Forklift Operating - 3+ yrs (Sit Down/Stand-up) Must be able to speak, read and write English well Ability to use basic math skills, addition/subtraction along with multiply and divide Lift up to 45 lbs.
