Additionally, we provide competitive pay, SIMPLE IRA with 3% company match, paid time off, a stable, team-oriented work environment, and career growth and technical development opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform SMT and through-hole soldering, including fine-pitch component assembly and rework using magnification equipmentAssemble electro-mechanical products, subassemblies, and complete box-build systemsBuild, route, terminate, and label wires, cables, and harnesses according to specificationsRead and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and engineering change orders (ECOs)Inspect assemblies and components for quality, functionality, and compliance with production standardsPrepare materials by cutting, stripping, labeling, and organizing components for assemblyMaintain accurate workmanship and adhere to quality and safety proceduresKeep work areas clean, organized, and production-readySupport team objectives and assist with additional production activities as neededQualificationsRequired:Minimum 3 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience, military technical training, or a combination of bothProven experience with SMT and through-hole soldering, including fine-pitch componentsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly documentationStrong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power toolsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and follow written and verbal instructionsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skillsEffective communication skills and a collaborative team mindsetFlexibility to work overtime as production needs requirePreferred:IPC soldering certification or equivalent electronics assembly trainingExperience working in electronics manufacturing or precision instrumentation environmentsPhysical RequirementsAbility to perform repetitive precision assembly tasksStrong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityAbility to stand for extended periods during shiftsAbility to lift, carry, and move materials up to 40 pounds regularlyPay RangeUSD $20.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
