Workers' Compensation Claims Specialist

About the Role Consolidated Personnel Services, Inc. (CPS), a growing Professional Employer Organization (PEO), is looking for a Workers’ Compensation (WC) Claims Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll oversee workers’ compensation claims end‑to‑end while serving as a key support resource for injured employees, internal partners, and carriers. This is an excellent opportunity for a WC professional who enjoys claims coordination, compliance, and relationship‑driven work. Prior experience as a claims adjuster or in a similar role is required. What You’ll Do Oversee and coordinate the full lifecycle of workers’ compensation claims Ensure compliance with state WC regulations Act as a primary liaison between employees, clients, insurance carriers, and internal departments Support injured employees through the claims and return‑to‑work process Monitor claim progress, documentation, and timelines for accuracy and completeness Communicate clearly and professionally with all interested parties Identify issues and help drive timely, accurate claim resolution Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion What We’re Looking For Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation laws, claims administration, and case management WC claims adjuster experience or similar claims role a must Experience in a PEO or multi‑client environment is a plus Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills Accuracy and detail‑oriented to manage multiple claims at once Comfortable working with claims systems and standard office software Why Join CPS?
