Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active District of Columbia Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care preferred. Experience with geriatric patient populations, restorative programs, and functional mobility training preferred. Ability to document in electronic medical records and perform standard PT evaluations and treatment planning.

Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 08:30–16:30. Meal Break: 30 minutes. Assignment Length: 14 weeks (VMS Contract Weeks). Schedule: 5×8 coverage.
