Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Loxahatchee, FL

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our surgical team. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the operating room setting, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the operating room for surgeries.
• Assist in the surgical procedures by providing nursing care under the direction of the surgical team.
• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs throughout the surgical process.
• Collaborate with surgical staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide post-operative care and education to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (all are required).
• Previous experience in an operating room setting is preferred.
