HR Data Insights Lead: On-Campus Analytics & AI

Syracuse University

The Senior HR Data Insights Associate at Syracuse University sits at the center of data and analytics for HR and Equal Opportunity/Title IX, supporting a wide range of initiatives with rigorous data collection, analysis and reporting. This role focuses on process improvement and automation, and acts as a data SME for HR COEs across the university.
