Asset & Demand Planning Specialist

Position: Asset & Demand Planning Specialist Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Asset & Demand Planning Specialist to join their team! Join a dynamic team as a Demand Planning Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in managing inventory and forecasting demand across the Americas. This opportunity allows you to utilize your analytical skills in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment, focusing on data interpretation, inventory health, and cross‑functional coordination. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Monitor inventory levels to support service level targets Track aging, excess, and slow‑moving inventory Prepare data and analysis for inventory reviews Maintain accurate inventory data in ERP systems Update demand forecasts using sales inputs and historical data Analyze demand trends and identify risks Translate demand forecasts into supply requirements Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams Assist with new product launch demand projections Prepare KPI reports related to inventory and forecasting Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field 2–4 years of experience in demand planning or inventory analysis Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) Experience with ERP or planning systems preferred High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience with forecasting and variance analysis Background in data analysis or business analytics Exposure to supply chain planning or inventory management systems Experience identifying trends and making data‑driven recommendations This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
