ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks an Instructional Aide to support teachers serving children and young adults in specialized educational settings. In this role, you’ll assist with individualized and small-group instruction, implement behavior support plans, collect student data, and help adapt materials for diverse learning needs. You will collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to promote student success, independence, and social-emotional growth.
