If you require reasonable accommodation to complete our application or interview process, please let us know.ResponsibilitiesOwn clients end to end: build their SEO/GEO strategy, execute the deliverables, and lead client calls to present completed work and explain its impactIdeate SEO/GEO roadmaps for client sites based on client KPIs, competitor analysis, site audits, and industry expertiseSuggest and implement SEO/GEO best practices for client sites across a range of industries and sizes, including eCommerce, Fintech, and SaaSAudit and optimize high-value product, service, and landing pages across SEO, GEO, and CRO, balancing search rankings, AI citation, and on-page conversionRead and interpret site code to find technical SEO/GEO issues like page speed, site architecture, and crawling or indexing problemsBuild clear, summarized checklists for every SEO/GEO deliverable that show expected opportunity, lift, and ownership, and make it easy for developers and clients to implementCoordinate and oversee SEO/GEO content creation by writing optimized briefs, and write effective web copy for marketing sites across verticalsRun weekly performance analyses (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Peec AI, and other tools), then compile client reports in Data Studio with insights, recommendations, and clear next stepsCreate beautiful Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs that drive recommendations and tell storiesBrainstorm tests and experiments to improve traditional and AI search presence, content, and user experienceStay up to date on SEO/GEO industry changes and communicate technical improvements to non-technical stakeholdersDo whatever it takes to grow the online presence of our clientsRequired Skills3-5 years of experience in an SEO/GEO roleExperience analyzing websites with tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Peec AI or similar AI tracking tools (crawlers, analytics platforms, CMS, marketing software, etc.)Experience tracking and reporting AI search visibility (share of voice, citation and reference rate, and AI-referral traffic) and translating it into clear, actionable recommendations for clientsA technical background, with the ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience running a full SEO/GEO site audit and pulling impactful, digestible recommendations from itDeep experience with eCommerce, Fintech, and SaaS clients, plus a solid understanding of how search engines and AI bots crawl, index, and rank websites, and how those tasks work in these industriesAbility to analyze data and make impactful recommendations across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO/GEO factorsComfort using LLMs as a tool to speed up SEO/GEO workflows and improve efficiencyA deep understanding of on-page, content, technical, and off-page GEO strategies that support client performance in AI searchStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to form productive working relationshipsA history of managing client relationships and providing polished deliverablesStrong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects while still working effectivelyAbility to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independentlyWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with an eye for good web designExperience using Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.)Suggested SkillsExperience using a project management tool like Basecamp or ProductiveExperience with large eCommerce websites and a CMS like WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow.
