We invite you to consider becoming a part of our growing Urology service, conveniently located just 45 minutes from Baltimore, MD, and 90 minutes from Philadelphia. With train access to major cities like Boston and NYC, our 600-bed hospital is set to expand with a new critical care tower scheduled to open in 2026. This innovative community hospital not only offers Residency and Fellowship programs but is also preparing to launch a new Medical School in 2027, in collaboration with a prestigious academic institution. Situated in one of the most desirable cities in the state, this opportunity allows you to join a remarkable team of Urologists while working closely with leading experts.

Practice Highlights

• Join an established urology practice alongside two highly skilled Urologists
• Full-scope Urology position available, welcoming General and Robotics Urologists; all subspecialty physicians are encouraged to apply (Robotics experience not mandatory)
• 1:3 call schedule with plans to expand the team to five Urologists
• Teaching opportunities for those interested in mentoring Residents and Medical School Students starting in 2027
• Long-term goal to establish a Urological Residency program

Compensation Package

• Commencement Bonus: $200,000
• Signing Bonus: $50,000
• Starting Salary: $575,000 to $600,000
  • Salary after year three reflects prior year production
  • Annual salary increase potential of up to 3%
• $65 per RVU starting from year one
  • Uncapped income potential
• Retirement Planning with a 2% match in year one
  • From year two onward, an additional 4% of your salary will be contributed without a match requirement, alongside the 2% match.
• Monthly stipend available: $2,500
• Relocation assistance provided, including boxing and moving services
• Annual CME allowance: $5,500
• All licensing and renewal fees covered
