Security Supervisor

Hawque Protection Group (HPG) is seeking an experienced and reliable Security Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple security sites. In this leadership role, you'll manage schedules, support your team, respond to incidents, and serve as a key point of contact for clients. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support Security Officers and Site Leads at multiple locations
• Ensure schedules are properly maintained and shift coverage is met
• Respond to incidents and support emergency procedures
• Perform site audits, compliance inspections, and performance evaluations
• Oversee timesheets and payroll verification
• Coordinate with HR on training, hiring, and employee relations
• Assist with new site startups, officer training, and field operations
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
• Participate in rotating on-call weekends (additional pay provided)

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in security or a related supervisory role
• Georgia 24-hour Unarmed Guard Certification (or willing to obtain)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using scheduling/payroll software and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and clean background check
• Ability to respond to issues in the field as needed
• Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods and work outdoors if necessary
