Demand Generation Manager - Events

Job Description
The Chargeback Gurus (CBG) Demand Generation Manager- Events is responsible for executing a comprehensive tradeshow events strategy that aligns with Chargeback Gurus (CBG) business goals and enhances brand visibility. DGME leads the end-to-end execution of third-party events. This role is responsible for tradeshow planning, marketing and execution, driving lead generation, generating pipeline, and delivering high-quality event experiences that support broader marketing and sales objectives. Works collaboratively with the CMO, across the marketing team and internal stakeholders to execute event communications as well as end of event analysis to determine and track ROI.

Responsibilities

• Overseethe end-to-end and management lifecycle and ecosystem of CBG third-partyB2B events
• Partnerclosely with Sales to drive pre-event marketing/demand and post-eventdemand
• Responsiblefor all event logistics, vendors, and key association event relationships
• Developsand manages event budget, using data-driven insights to optimize spendingand ensure each event achieves its business objectives
• Driveonsite booth traffic, brand awareness and articulate CBGs valueproposition and suite of solutions
• TrackKPIs, measure event ROI, and report results
• Alignevents with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives
• Plan,manage, and execute third-party events from strategy to post-eventanalysis
• Extensiveexperience in managing process protocols, procedures and projectmanagement across the event ecosystem
• Leadfull event logistics: budgeting, vendor negotiations, venue sourcing,travel coordination, on-site management and post-event analysis
• Collaboratewith CMO and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Communications,Operations) to drive event success
• Engageand enable Sales with pre-event planning and structured post-eventfollow-up demand generation
• Ensuresconsistent branding and messaging follows corporate branding guidelines
• Managesevent/tradeshow staff, volunteers, and contractors to ensure tasks areperformed effectively and efficiently
• Supportwebinar(s) planning and execution
• Ensuresevents are executed flawlessly, managing onsite logistics andtroubleshooting any issues that arise

Requirements

• 3-5years creating demand and management of B2B third-party events withmeasurable lead and pipeline contribution; event certification (preferred,but not required)
• Provenexperience in assessing lead generation events to determine sponsorshipvalue and develop compelling business use case documentation
• 4-yeardegree in related field (preferably Business Administration/Marketing)
• Abilityto manage time and multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
• Strongproficiency in MS Suite, HubSpot (lead management, dashboards, reporting)and strong process/project management proficiency
• Flexibilityto work evenings and weekends around events; travel rand onsite presenceat events is required
• Provenexperience defining event KPIs and measuring ROI
• Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management written and verbal skills
• Provenexperience with event project management tools such as Monday andSharePoint
• Experiencewith vendor management, vendor onboarding, and managing suppliers
• Strongnegotiation skills with vendors to ensure best rates
• Fluencyin English; strong command of event technology and marketing automationtools
