About Encore Medical Research Encore Medical Research is a high-performing, multi-site clinical research organization with locations across South Florida. Our Boynton Beach site is growing rapidly, and we are looking to hire experienced Clinical Research Coordinators who can step into a busy research environment and perform at a high level from day one. We work with leading sponsors and CROs across multiple therapeutic areas, including cardiometabolic health, obesity, type 2 diabetes, dermatology, immunology, CNS, women’s health, and related comorbidities. Our organization has dedicated project management, regulatory, recruitment, and administrative support, allowing our coordinators to focus on what matters most: patient care, protocol execution, data quality, compliance, recruitment, and retention. Position Summary The Clinical Research Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient-facing study activities, ensuring protocol compliance, entering data accurately and promptly, resolving queries quickly, supporting recruitment and retention, and maintaining high standards of quality throughout the study. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for coordinators with strong clinical research experience, excellent patient communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, bilingual, compliance-driven, and comfortable working directly with patients, investigators, monitors, sponsors, and internal leadership. Key Responsibilities Conduct study visits according to protocol requirements Provide excellent patient care and maintain strong participant engagement Support recruitment, screening, enrollment, and retention efforts Review eligibility criteria with the investigator and study team Collect vitals, medical history, concomitant medications, adverse events, and study-specific assessments Coordinate central lab collections, ECGs, questionnaires, ePRO/eDiary devices, imaging, and vendor-related procedures Enter data into EDC systems accurately and within required timelines Resolve data queries promptly and thoroughly Maintain high-quality, audit-ready study documentation Communicate effectively with monitors, sponsors, CROs, vendors, investigators, and internal team members Prepare for and support monitoring visits, sponsor visits, audits, and inspections Identify potential compliance risks and elevate issues appropriately Maintain strong protocol adherence and support overall study quality Assist with patient follow-up and retention strategies throughout the trial Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience Bilingual English/Spanish required Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical research site operations Proven experience conducting patient visits in industry-sponsored clinical trials Strong EDC data entry and query resolution experience Excellent understanding of protocol compliance and source documentation standards Strong recruitment and patient retention skills Ability to manage multiple active studies and competing priorities Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality Ability to work full-time on site in Boynton Beach, Florida Professional, dependable, and able to work in a high-volume research environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in cardiometabolic, obesity, type 2 diabetes, dermatology, immunology, CNS, women’s health, or primary care studies Experience working with central labs, ECGs, ePRO/eDiary devices, imaging vendors, and electronic source systems Experience supporting sponsor monitoring visits and audits CCRC, CCRP, LPN, RN, MA, foreign-trained physician, or other clinical background preferred Strong patient recruitment background strongly preferred What We Are Looking For We are looking for coordinators who understand that excellent clinical research depends on quality, compliance, patient trust, and clean data.
