Dental Receptionist - Central Ohio Endodontics

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our dental practice.

Central Ohio Endodontics is an established specialty practice that has been serving the needs of the central Ohio community for decades. We are known for exceptional patient care with an emphasis on outstanding patient experiences.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Must be willing and able to travel between our locations in Worthington, Dublin and Westerville

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
• Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of medical or dental office experience
• Must be willing and able to travel between our locations in Worthington, Dublin and Westerville
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures

The salary range for this role is $18-$20 per hour.
