This is a full-time remote position, based in the vibrant community of Marysville, Washington, aimed at providing top-tier mental health services to our clients. Work Environment\n

The role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a work-life balance conducive to personal well-being. While your primary interactions will be virtual, you will remain an integral part of our supportive team culture, connecting through regular meetings, consultations, and collaborative sessions with fellow healthcare professionals. We embrace flexibility in scheduling to better serve our patients while adhering to a standard workweek from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that meet individual patient needs.

  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to guide patients toward positive outcomes.

  • Facilitate support groups and psychoeducational sessions, promoting community and shared learning among clients facing similar challenges.

  • Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other medical personnel to provide comprehensive care that addresses all facets of a patient’s mental health.

  • Respond efficiently to crisis situations, offering immediate support to clients in mental health emergencies.

  • Educate patients on mental health concepts, treatment methods, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a vital member of our team, your work will primarily focus on diverse patients facing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive conditions, and substance abuse disorders. You’ll engage with clients from various backgrounds, helping to foster an inclusive and understanding environment that promotes healing and recovery. The requirement for sensitivity and an adaptable approach to each individual's situation ensures that you are making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Qualifications\n

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Possession of a valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing effective treatment strategies.
  • \n
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

  • Expertise in electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in standard workplace software.
  • \n
  • Dedication to maintaining professional boundaries and ethical practices within the therapeutic context.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience providing counseling services to a wide range of age groups and cultural backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually.
