Join a hands-on food production environment with a great team and an opportunity to learn new skills. Pay: $19.50/hour Schedule: Full-time Location: Madison, NE Must be able to speak, read, and write English Job Duties Assist with cooking and processing food products according to instructions Operate liquefiers, pumps, kettles, forklifts, and other equipment Monitor product temperatures and follow production instructions Add ingredients in the correct sequence Stage and transfer materials throughout the production area Complete required production and temperature records Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and work areas Prepare equipment for the next production day Follow all GMP, FDA, SQF, food-safety, and company safety procedures Requirements Manufacturing or food production experience is a plus, but not required Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math skills and attention to detail Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods, bend, crouch, and stoop Must be able to routinely lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 55 lbs. Must wear required PPE and follow strict sanitation and food-safety procedures
