Details Outpatient clinic setting Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 13-week assignment length Epic charting system used Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience required Current BLS certification required TX PT license required (pending license accepted); license required if applicable Epic charting experience required Outpatient experience required Experience with orthopedic, neurologic, and geriatric patient populations preferred Knowledge of modalities such as e-stim, ultrasound, traction, and moist heat preferred Additional Information Main responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment planning, and documentation across outpatient orthopedic and neurologic caseloads Utilizes therapeutic modalities including cervical/lumbar traction, cryotherapy, e-stim, and ultrasound Performs home exercise program development and patient/family education Open to first-time travelers, though an interview is required before an offer is extended No travel pairs or groups accepted Former staff must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility are not accepted RTO limited to 3 days auto-approved; no RTO permitted during the first week of orientation Not available to candidates residing in Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, or Morris counties American Traveler Job ID P-729815.
